CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built on constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. Training takes place in so called boxes, equipped with bars, weights, and ropes.

The training system consists of short and intense workouts, which incorporate elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, bodyweight exercises and circuit training. CrossFit helps you improving you stamina, power, coordination, flexibility, balance and speed.


CrossFit programs can be scaled in load and intensity and adjusted for beginners and more experienced and skilled athletes. Although part of the fun may be to see if you can beat your friends time, in the end the competition inside the box is against yourself.
